Under construction: In here I plan to have, in addition to the usual other contact information at the bottom of this page, a way to make comments about this web document or ask questions using a form. For now this form below is levering off of some PHP handling that our class for Web Fundamentals and Design hosts, which reflects the user's input submitted. Eventually, the goal is to handle, using some PHP or Java server code, a users submitted input. That server side code would interact with a database to capture what was submitted by the user.
